Salmon Arm Synergy Basketball has started a new spring season. We have four (4) divisions to choose from:

U12 (Grades 3 to 6) runs every Monday night from 5:00 to 6:30 PM

U13 (Grades 5 to 7) runs every Monday night from 6:30 to 8:00 PM

U13 Elite Team practices every Wednesday night from 5:30 to 7:00 PM

U14 practices every Wednesday night from 5:30 to 7:00 PM

U15 to U17 practices every Tuesday night from 6:30 to 8:30 and every Wednesday night from 4:00 to 5:30

Back at it for another Spring Basketball Season. Check the Salmon Arm Synergy Basketball Blog on a regular basis for Spring League Schedules, open gym days and times, tournament schedules, and other Basketball information.

Our Synergy House League for Grades 3 - 7 will begin April 3, 2017.
  • Grades 3 - 6 (Learn to Train Division - hoop height is 8'6 - ball size is 27) will begin April 3 from 5:00 to 6:30.
  • Grades 5 - 7 (Train to Train Division - hoop is 10' - ball size is 28.5) will begin April 3 from 6:30 to 8:00.
Our Synergy Elite Teams will begin practicing the week of April 3rd to 7th.

  • U13 Elite Team will practice on Wednesday nights from ???
    • Reminder - all U13 players are expected, as part of the Synergy Program, to attend and compete in the Monday Night Spring League.
  • U14 Elite Team will practice on Wednesday nights from ???
  • U15 & U17 Teams will practice on Tuesday nights from 6:00 to 8:00
    • U15 & U17 Shooting Practice will take place on Wednesdays at Shuswap from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM (this is optional and only for those who want to do the shooting workouts taught our goal is to shoot 500 to 750 shots per player in the 1.5 hour time period)
