***Please Note: Wednesday, May 1st, will be the only regular Training Session. Due to the Pro-D Day on Monday April 29th, and the TRU Tournament from May 3rd to 5th, our regular schedule will be changed. We will resume our regular schedule Monday, May 13th.

*TRU Boys’ Club Basketball Tournament - May 3rd to May 5th - and June 21st to 23rd ...  In Kamloops at Thompson Rivers University… Synergy has Registered a U12 Team and a U14 team into the first tournament. I was hoping to organize two U14 teams; however, we do not have enough players who expressed interest to make two teams. So, I will be taking 12 or 13 players in grades 7 and 8 to the first tournament. I think we will have enough players in grades 7 and 8 to make two teams to take to the June tournament. We will be taking one U12 team to the May 3rd to 5th tournament at TRU. I will send out confirmation emails to all participants this week.

***Reminder… Parent Meeting tonight at Shuswap Middle School - 6:30PM … Parents, if you can’t make it, not a problem. Keep checking this Blog weekly for information and details. Tonight, I want to introduce myself and meet you, and I want to talk about the opportunities available for our athletes this spring. Pressing - I need to know how many players are available to compete in the two TRU Tournaments this Spring - May 3 to 5 and June 21 to 23. I plan on taking two teams - Gr. 5-6-7 Team and a Gr. 8 Team; however, with the large number of grade 8’s, I could easily make two teams to take to both tournaments. Please keep in mind … Some players are not ready to compete in Spring Tournament games; therefore, players will be invited to compete in the two TRU Tournaments. To make it worth while, we will take 10 players per team to the tournaments. Spring basketball tournaments are highly competitive and we, as a club, have an obligation to put our best team (at this time) on the court to compete against other clubs. Keep in mind, tournaments are extra and are added opportunities for those who are ready. I hope to see you tonight. Cheers

*TRU Boys’ Club Basketball Tournament - May 3rd to May 5th - and June 21st to 23rd ...  In Kamloops at Thompson Rivers University… Synergy has Registered a U12 Team, a U13 Team, and a U14 team in the Tournaments … 10 Players per team will be selected to compete on each of our Synergy Teams in the TRU Tournaments. 

*Synergy will host some exhibition games against local - Okanagan - Valley club basketball teams… and we will attend one more Spring Tournament in Kamloops or Kelowna. 

*Our Training Schedule has been set-up so that our Synergy Athletes can participate in other school and community spring sport opportunities.
