Sorry everyone… I am still feeling too sick. My cold has gone into my chest, so I am going to take another day to rest. We will go on Thursday and Sunday nights this week. Both nights will be games … participants can attend both nights.

Sorry Everyone… I have been fighting a head and chest cold since Friday and I am still not feeling well; therefore, I unfortunately have to cancel tonight’s games at SMS. I am hoping to have more energy by Tuesday, so please check back to see if we are still on for Tuesday night.

*Pre-Season Basketball has begun in the universities and colleges and the TRU Men’s Basketball Team is hosting a Pre-Season Tournament on Oct 20th to 22nd, at the TCC in Kamloops. TRU plays the University of Fraser Valley on Friday, Oct 20th at 8:00 PM, UBC on Saturday, Oct 21st, at 7:00 PM, and Algoma University (Ontario) on Sunday, Oct 22nd at 2:00 PM.
*TRU kicks off their regular season play on November 3rd and 4th against Trinity Western University, at the TCC in Kamloops… both games are at 7:30 PM
*UBCO Men’s Basketball hosts their Pre-Season Tournament in Kelowna on Oct 12, Oct 14, and Oct 15… there are no games listed for Friday, Oct 13th (maybe a superstitious thing???). UBCO plays the Ottawa Gee Gees on Thursday, Oct 12th at 8:00 PM, Mount Royal University on Oct 14th at 2:00 PM, and ST FX on Oct 15th at 1:00 PM.
*UBCO kicks off their regular season play with a home opener against Winnipeg on Nov 3rd and 4th… game times are at 5:00 PM and 4:00 PM

Salmon Arm Synergy Basketball will begin its Fall Program this week - Tuesday, September 12, 2023.
Practices/Training Sessions will run on Tuesday nights from 7:00PM to 8:30PM… Thursday nights from 6:00PM to 7:30PM… and In-House League Games will run on Sunday nights, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
All Training Session, Practices, and Games will take place at Shuswap Middle School (SMS).
Participants are reminded to enter the Northwest Gym Doors that are located near the upper staff parking lot. Doors will open ten minutes prior to start times.
Parents, please pick-up your son promptly at the end of each session.
All Participants and Parents are expected to read Synergy’s Standards and Core Values (please “click” the Tab above to view). Coaches will teach to our Standards and Core Values, and work with our Athletes to help our young participants learn, understand, adopt, and work towards meeting our Club’s expectations.
